Neutral Shoes

Neutral running shoes are designed for those who have what is known as a neutral level of pronation (not overpronation). Pronation being the movement of the foot rolling inwards after initial foot contact with the ground and approximately 15 degrees upon full contact prior to toe off (the foot pushing off from the ground).

Due to eventual midsole breakdown and degradation, for neutral runners whose weight is more than 80kg, we sometimes suggest that the runner may be more suited to a pair of running shoes which are suited for someone with mild overpronation.

As always, comfort has to be the main priority when selecting a pair of running shoes.
